1. Course & Workshop Access

• Online Courses & Studio Workshops: Access is granted after successful payment via the website.

• Online courses provide lifetime access while hosted by The Working Actors Studio.

• Workshop attendance is per session or series.

• Access is personal; sharing login credentials or workshop attendance is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment & Booking

• All payments are processed securely via Wix.

• Workshop bookings are confirmed automatically once payment is received.

• Prices are clearly displayed on the website.

3. Refund Policy

• Online Courses: Non-refundable due to digital delivery.

• Studio Workshops: Refunds require at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise specified. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

• All course videos, PDFs, workshop materials, and scripts used within lessons remain the property of The Working Actors Studio.

• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content, including scripts, in whole or in part.

• Content is provided for personal training and professional development only.

5. Liability

• Participation in workshops or online training is at your own risk.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from participation.

6. Behaviour & Workshop Rules

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully.

• The Studio reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without refund.

7. Lifetime Access Clause (Online Courses)

• “Lifetime access” refers to the duration that The Working Actors Studio continues to host the course.

• In the unlikely event the course is discontinued or the site is permanently closed, continued access cannot be guaranteed.

• We will, where possible, notify registered users in advance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
